Global Catalyst is our longest standing training program. We walk high-level network leaders through paradigm shifts that can transform the way that they lead.
Getting to the root of issues, thinking strategically, and working sustainably are just a few of the topics that we will tackle in this cohort. We want to work with leaders who are passionate about breakthrough on a global scale.
While managerial leaders focus on efficiency and stability, catalytic leaders are wired to bring change. They do this by building connections between others, creating critical mass, leading to breakthroughs not possible before. Catalysts are pivotal in times when change is needed.
They are willing to work behind the scenes, pushing others forward. The Global Catalyst cohort provides safe space for the often misunderstood and under-supported catalysts of this world to develop the tools and support needed to serve.
The Global Catalyst course serves as a pivotal gateway, intentionally designed not to provide exhaustive answers or linear steps. Instead, it acts as a catalyst, shaking leaders out of their comfort zones and guiding them towards fresh perspectives and approaches. Once initiated onto this transformative path, participants integrate newfound insights with traditional leadership strategies to propel their journey forward.
The course leads leaders through five paradigm shifts: from symptoms focus to embracing systemic vision, traditional CEO roles to catalytic leadership, micro to macro perspectives, rigid spider structures to adaptable starfish ones, and transactional to relational sustainability models.
The course offers tailored formats to fit different schedules and preferences. Participants can choose between five one-week intensives over two to three years, a condensed three-week immersion, or a one-day “teaser” workshop for a glimpse into the transformative journey.
